Withdrawal, Cancellation & Returns

Below is general information about withdrawal, cancellation and returns. Consumer and business purchases may have different legal treatment.

Periods & notification

• Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from distance sales without reason. The period starts on delivery for goods and contract formation for services.
• Notify in writing or on a durable medium such as email. Goods are returned within 14 days of withdrawal notification.
• Refunds follow the applicable 14-day period and original-payment-method rules. The carrier used can affect the start date.

Exceptions & defective goods

Custom goods and some services or digital content may be exempt. Opening packaging does not automatically remove withdrawal rights for every product. Repair, replacement, price reduction and contract rescission rights for defective goods are separate. Contact our support team for details of your return.
