Shopping, accounts and invoices
We process your name, email and account details; orders additionally require telephone, billing/delivery address, products, amounts and transaction records. Corporate invoices use company name, tax office and tax number. The purpose is account management, concluding/performing the contract, delivery, returns, invoicing and responding to requests. Applicable grounds under Turkish Law No. 6698 are contract performance (5/2-c), statutory/legal duties (5/2-a, ç) and establishing, exercising or protecting rights (5/2-e).
Payment and delivery
Card payments are handled by iyzico. Card information entered in its form goes to the payment provider; Elotek does not store the full card number or security code in order records. We use payment results, references and order details. Recipient name, address, telephone, order and shipment information needed for delivery are shared with Basit Kargo and the selected carrier. Store pickup does not create a shipping request. The purpose is fulfilling payment and delivery obligations.
Continue with Google
Google sign-in is optional. Basic profile, name, email and account identifier are used to create or match your website account. Elotek does not receive your Google password. Customer sign-in does not request access to your Gmail mailbox or Drive files. Email sign-in/registration remains available. Grounds are performing your chosen account service and legitimate account-security interests that do not override your fundamental rights (5/2-c, f).
Contact and technical support
Name, contact details, company, device/fault description and documents you provide are used to assess requests, prepare quotes and handle service. Form and order notifications can reach info@elotek.com.tr and the authorised staff address emre@tepelioglu.com; customer replies use info@elotek.com.tr. Depending on the request, grounds are contract steps/performance, protecting rights or legitimate communication interests (5/2-c, e, f). Do not submit card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Recipients and international services
We use Hostinger and Cloudflare for hosting/security, Google Workspace for business email, Google for optional sign-in/analytics/maps, and iyzico, Basit Kargo and carriers for payment/delivery. Authorised staff, necessary accounting/legal providers and legally authorised authorities may receive relevant data. International services may involve processing/access outside Türkiye. Transfers are subject to the conditions and safeguards in Article 9 of Law No. 6698; this notice is not itself a transfer permission or blanket consent. Contact us for service/transfer details.
Collection, retention and security
Data is collected electronically through website forms, account/orders, chosen Google sign-in, email, telephone, WhatsApp and technical security logs. Account/support records are kept as needed for the service/request and protection of rights; invoice/order/accounting records follow applicable statutory retention periods. Data no longer needed is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Erasure requests do not cancel statutory retention duties. HTTPS, access restrictions and backups are used; absolute security is not guaranteed.
Your rights and requests
Article 11 provides rights to learn whether/why data is processed and its recipients; correct incomplete/inaccurate data; request erasure/destruction when conditions apply and notification to recipients; object to an adverse outcome from solely automated assessment; and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Write to our company address or email info@elotek.com.tr from an address previously supplied/registered with us. Provide enough information to identify you and the request without unnecessary identity documents. Requests are considered as soon as possible and within 30 days.
